Purpose of the Position
As the Head of Marketing, you'll have the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking team and to market innovative solutions that make a real impact.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and sales, an innovative thinker and a great team player.
The candidate will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies with services including:
Developing marketing strategies to launch our MVP and post MVP positioning.
Uncover insights to Utidia’s market potentials
Executing Utidia marketing plan for our product launch and roadmap.
Measuring the effectiveness of our marketing projects
Monitoring established key performance indicators (KPIs)
Optimizing future plans to meet broader goals
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will be focused on immediate concerns as well as to consider our long-term strategy and goals by overseeing a wide range of marketing activities, including:
Building strategies across marketing teams (digital, advertising, communications, and creative)
Understanding business objectives and how to achieve them
Creating and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing budgets
Set concrete, achievable team goals, and monitor goal progress
Ensure brand consistency across all messaging and materials
Analyze consumer and marketing trends
Identify growth opportunities
Monitor competition to optimize strategy
Create quarterly reorganization and hiring plans

Competences and Skills
A firm foundation in web analytics, such as Google Analytics/GSC
CRM software experience
Experience in content marketing strategies initiatives
Competency in Microsoft Suite or similar software
Advanced copywriting skills
Well-developed communication skills
Analytical approach to problem-solving
Detail-oriented thinking
Leadership skills—especially strategy and goal setting
Excellent time management skills
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Previous marketing leadership or management experience
Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns
Project management experience, including budgeting
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media and email marketing
Basic Work Tools Required for this Work
The ideal candidate should have a laptop or a smartphone. Utidia will not be providing one.
Compensation:
Commission: 10 percent on any business deal closed.
