At Assetrise, our Executives sales personnel works as a Professional Real Estate Consultant with Subsidiary Managing Directors to drive the sale and marketing of our organization. The person should be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, proven track record of achievements.
Objectives of this Role
1. Take our products and services to the corporate organizations and individuals
2. Work to Achieve set objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance.
3. Continuously improvement of self on the companies product of services
4. Generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:
1. Be an active participant in the sales force
2. Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
3. Communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
4. Report sales activities to the management as required
5. Identify new leads and sales opportunities.
6. Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings
Skills and Qualifications:
HND or Bachelor’s degree in any marketing related filed
Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in sales
Must have worked as as Sales Executive in bank, insurance or Pension, Real Estate
Must be a team player
Must reside in Lagos
Must be a goal getter
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Should be open to travel on behalf of the organisation
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree
Sales Experience
Proven success rate at levels above quotas.
Applicant must reside around Magodo Phase 1 - Berger axis
Official Car (3 months of Consistency with target)
Working Condition (Hybrid or Flexible )
