Job description
We’re looking for an experienced business development manager with experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should have track records of sale and lead conversion and monitoring new markets so they can find potential clients to improve the company's sales and revenue.

Responsibilities
• Sales Marketing and Product promotion
• Identify partnership opportunities
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
• Manage sales pipeline
• Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
• Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
• Maintain existing business
Required Skills & Competencies:
• 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience in a real estate or construction company.
• Previously or currently working in these companies :Periwinkle, Veritasi , Cruxstone, Grenadines, Gapstone or similar companies and need a change of environment.
• Successfully sold luxurious properties in high-brow areas of Lagos State.
• Be fluent in written and spoken English and have effective communication skills
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships and network across all levels
• Show a strong aptitude for and an innovative approach to sales and marketing techniques
• Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centrist approach.
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
