Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Representative to join our prestigious Health Tech client's team. As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance and customer service to end-users of our client's innovative healthcare technology solutions. This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology while ensuring client satisfaction and user success.
Job Type: Contract (3-months)
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Umuahia, Keffi
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
Diagnose and escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
Guide customers through product installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting processes.
Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring technical issues.
Continuously update and expand technical knowledge to stay current with industry trends and product advancements.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
Exceptional communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in using support tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
Willingness and ability to travel to various client sites
Resident of one of the following cities: Umuahia or Keffi
